Lance Houston, Director and Operator of LnS Excavations has over 30 years experience in New Zealand and Australia in earthmoving and has a good understanding and knowledge of the industry. 

He has worked on large construction projects such as the Pakenham Bypass in Melbourne, the Springfield Railway and Ispwich Freeway projects in Brisbane just to name a few.  Lance has undertaken a varied program of works in the residential and commercial market including house demolition, sub division drainage works, house site cutouts and preparation, driveways and constructing sea walls on the Gold Coast. 

His meticulous work habits have won him praise from industry related colleagues and clients alike.  Lance understands levels well and can be relied upon to achieve a high quality finish.
